Delivery costs and methodsThe costs for shipment is based on weight, so will vary from product to product. The total cost including shipping costs will be displayed at the bottom of the Options and Payment page in the checkout process, so you will always know how much you are going to be charged before placing your order. We offer a number of different shipping options for our customers:
Only the UK Express shipment option, which costs £5 per item, is a tracked service – all the other services are non-tracked. Delivery timescales There are a number of different dispatch methods and the arrival of your order will depend on the delivery method of postage you have chosen.
If you have not received your item within these time frames, please contact your local sorting office who should be able to assist you. If you still have not received your item after contacting your local sorting office, please let us know at support@universal-music.co.uk and we will do what we can to assist you. International customers International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes in the country of destination. Universal Music has no control over this, and any such charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or the recipient.
