Delivery costs and methods

The costs for shipment is based on weight, so will vary from product to product. The total cost including shipping costs will be displayed at the bottom of the Options and Payment page in the checkout process, so you will always know how much you are going to be charged before placing your order.

We offer a number of different shipping options for our customers:

1. UK Standard
2. UK Express
3. Europe First Class
4. Rest of World First Class

Only the UK Express shipment option, which costs £5 per item, is a tracked service – all the other services are non-tracked.

Delivery timescales

There are a number of different dispatch methods and the arrival of your order will depend on the delivery method of postage you have chosen.

1. UK Standard items are usually received within three to five days (but can take up to 14 days).
2. UK Express orders placed on a weekday before 2pm are usually delivered the next business day. Please note that with this shipment method, a signature is required upon delivery. Orders received after 2pm usually arrive within 2 business days.
3. Europe First Class are usually received within three to six business days (but can take up to 21 days).
4. Rest Of World First Class are usually received within six to ten business days (but can take up to 21 days).

If you have not received your item within these time frames, please contact your local sorting office who should be able to assist you. If you still have not received your item after contacting your local sorting office, please let us know at support@universal-music.co.uk and we will do what we can to assist you.

International customers

International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes in the country of destination. Universal Music has no control over this, and any such charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or the recipient. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding local import duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order. Please check Terms and Conditions for all the relevant terms and conditions.
